KNS Gear - Happy November!

Zombies don't scare me, I've had a liver transplant!

The zombie craze is huge.  How many seasons has The Walking Dead been on anyway?  It seems like everyone should have been zombified by now, but yet they keep going!

My husband, Steve, created the zombie design for KNS Gear and I just love it.  Two creepy fellas coming through the dark, the eyes peek out from that deep black and even the grass looks creepy.  The "I've had a liver transplant" is customizable, so you can put anything you want there.

Zombies don't scare me I drive a Yugo.
Zombies don't scare me I have 6 children.
Zombies don't scare me -- fill in the blank!!

Or, if you've had a liver transplant, then this is the shirt for you!

We have shirts for all kinds of organ transplant recipients - liver, kidney, heart and lung.  This next month I will be showing all kinds of products that we design and sell through Zazzle.

Have a great day!

Donor Awareness Reusable Paper Coasters

We've discovered another very easy way to promote organ donor awareness and it's incredibly easy!  We've designed some paper coasters that are sturdy enough to be reusable but inexpensive enough to be tossed away when they've been used too many times.

We made coasters for those wanting to promote being an organ donor and for those who have already been given the gift of life.  You can take these coasters to your office, use them at home, order enough for a private party or give them out as gifts.  They'd even make a fun little gift tag for packages or gift bags.

Our very popular retro design was already created so it was a natural to put it on the coasters.  They are available for Heart, Lung, Liver and Kidney transplant recipients and if we don't have your transplant available we have Transplant Recipient available, too!
Enjoy the new collection.

You can't say no to me

You can't say no to me. I'm on anti-rejection meds.

This is our best selling design phrase and every time I see it, I laugh.  I know, cheap thrills, but it's funny!

We tried a few different phrases, but this one was by far the funniest.  We have several different fonts and a few cartoon kids, depending on what you think fits your personality best, or the personality of the transplant recipient best.

We have the phrase on mugs, cell phone cases, tote bags and a ball cap, too.

One of our alternate phrases.
You have to do whatever I say.  I'm on Anti-rejection meds.

Another alternate phrase - I can't say no.  I'm on anti-rejection meds.

All of these designs and phrases can come in Men's and Women's Tees, sweatshirts, long sleeved, short sleeved shirts, mugs, and nearly every kind of cell phone case.  If we don't have what you want.  Please shoot us an email or comment here and we'll do our best to get what you'd like.

Transplant Survivor

Transplant recipients are a real tough bunch. One of our jokes used to be that transplant wasn't for wimps. Sometimes before transplant these folks can begin to feel like zombies, walking around heavily medicated, unable to breathe easily, retaining water, looking jaundice, etc.  Zombies might be an upgrade some days!

Many of our transplant recipients wait years to receive an organ transplant. This is especially true for those folks who are in need of a kidney. Kidney recipients are able to wait longer because they have the option of dialysis, but it's not optimal by any means.  Pre-transplant patients stand on the edge of life wondering if they will make it...wondering if they will make it until next year, next month, next week or the next day.  Teetering on this edge obviously makes getting the call for transplant even that much more incredible.

The gift of a transplant is miraculous, life changing but also worth celebrating!   The recipients we know like to celebrate in many different ways...

Humor

Show of Strength

Pride

Transplant recipients are a grateful bunch.  I've known a couple hundred plus dozens more.  We love the donors, the donor families and believe into the depth of our souls that organ donation saves lives and does so much good. Please register to be an organ donor.

Have a Fantastic Day!
